Our retail shop hours are Thursday and Friday 12-5 and Saturday 9-12. We recommend calling ahead if you’d like to place a larger order. You can find our weekly cupcake flavor on our Facebook page, on our blog or join our mailing list for our weekly update.

As BellaCakes is a small boutique shop, we specialize in individualized service. Although we offer retail hours, we recommend making an appointment to talk over a cake design. Often, smaller cake orders can be placed over the phone or via email. For wedding cakes, we suggest scheduling a tasting where the bride and groom can sit down privately with Kristen and sample a large variety of flavors and design the cake that reflects both personalities. As we limit the amount of orders we take, we suggest booking as soon as possible to ensure that you are able to secure a spot. A small birthday cake may be booked 2-3 weeks ahead of time but we recommend anywhere from 3-12 months ahead of time for a wedding cake. We may be able to accept a last minute order so please call for availability. Please note that some months books up faster than others, such as May, June, September and October. A 50% deposit is required to confirm all cake orders and we do offer delivery throughout the New England area for wedding cakes. Please inquire as to our delivery rate.
