BellaCakes offers a chocolate truffle torte in different flavors based on the season, such as gingerbread, espresso and orange. These tortes are kept in stock in a 4" size or a custom larger size can be created for you. We also offer a yellow or red velvet GF cake for a more traditional american cake.
Nut free/peanut free choices
BellaCakes is now a strictly nut free shop. Although every effort is made to ensure that only nut-free products are used in the shop, occasionally a product is used which was produced in a facility that also makes products with nuts.
Dairy free/vegan choices
BellaCakes uses a great cake base for both yellow and chocolate cakes for those with dairy allergies. We also offer a chocolate and yellow for those requiring a vegan cake. The chocolate recipe developed is moist and flavorful and also fat free, using applesauce as a base. Our favorite frosting is made with soy margarine and powdered sugar. It is one of my most favorite frostings to eat. This is a great cake for children's birthday cakes, especially my favorite Barbie retro cake. No need for children to bring their own sweet to a birthday party. Now everyone can enjoy.
