Gluten free choices
BellaCakes has a standard chocolate and yellow cake perfectly suited for both a wedding or special occasion cake but we are also able to create other cake bases, such as pumpkin spice for those wanting a different taste. We also have an amazing chocolate truffle torte that is offered in different flavors based on the season, such as gingerbread, espresso and orange. These tortes are always offered at the Vin Bin in Marlborough in an individual size or custom larger sizes can be created at BellaCakes.
Nut free/peanut free choices
BellaCakes is now a strictly nut free shop. Although every effort is made to ensure that only nut-free products are used in the shop, occasionally a product is used which was produced in a facility that also makes products with nuts.
Dairy free/vegan choices
BellaCakes uses a great cake base for both yellow and chocolate cakes. The chocolate recipe developed is moist and flavorful and also fat free, using applesauce as a base. Our favorite frosting is made with soy margarine and powdered sugar. It is one of my most favorite frostings to eat. This is a great cake for children's birthday cakes, especially my favorite Barbie retro cake. No need for children to bring their own sweet to a birthday party. Now everyone can enjoy.
